hey, I just found your channel recently and subscribed almost immediately for your content I was wondering, do you still do the creepy stuff found in otherwise family friendly games series? bc I've got one I'm not sure you've covered yet: In the SNES title "Secret of Mana" from Square Soft (before it turned to Square Enix) there's the second to last Boss: he's called Thantalus in my language, tho I assume in English he's probably called Thanatos Now as an adult that also knows English the design of a boss named Thanatos doesn't strike me as odd anymore; however, I was 5 or 6 years old when I played the game the first time, knew the dude as Thantalus, and therefore was really heavy startled when I saw that boss. Not only is his design a bit creepy to a 5yo, but the music, obviously a banger (even for me back then), but also heavy creepy And staying with Secret of Mana, the game also features two locations named Ruins of Pandoria and another place of Ruins, and the music there is so hauntingly good, istg that awakened me to become a Horror lover, the music is just so out of style for the rest of the game, but it's so good! Definitely look at the SNES version of the game, since the supposed "Remake" is just a Demake in disguise Keep up the good work! ✌️

Hazy lane also has a particular NPC which is an old lady who the player will occasionally find. This lady will actually act quite kindly, gifting the player food items and complimenting it, but after you've taken food from her three times and interact again with her, she will litterally try to eat the player, starting a battle against her true identity, which is a spider-like yo-kai.

No way bro says this is a balanced Mario Party, when it's the worst one when it comes to balance. I mean, one sided minigames only exist here, where if you are in the wrong team, you literally cannot win, and the best you can do is try not to lose.

Also, so glad that they made the executive decision to make you the skater in Piranha's Pursuit, because I swear that shit's impossible if you're on the cloud with COM players - btw, I had NO idea those vines moved if you jumped on them either. Love how OP some of the minigames in the 1st one were too; Grab Bag, Coin Shower Flower and Cast Aways could easily net you 40+ coins if done right (and games like Bash 'n' Cash could set you back just as much). Also lol, I remember the butt-clenching feeling of missing a minigame right after beating a hard one, trying to remember if I had enough lives to make it through without a Game Over. Activated some long-buried PTSD in me seeing some of these. Toad being the ultimate evil at the end also had me shook; that's the O.G. Atlas from BioShock moment right there.

I always wanted to go and play the Mario Party games for the first time but I don't know if a different controller than the n64 would do, I suppose that some controllers sticks may make the mini games more difficult if not impossible. Nintendo still sell the originals n64 controllers?

The water wraith doesn't seem scary in pikmin 4. He does seem very creepy in pikmin 2 though, even in his second phase without the rollers, the music is creepy and he runs everywhere. They ridiculise it in Pikmin 4 sadly.

There is one scary moment that i remember that happened while i played the psx version of harry potter 2. There was a door that have a warning sign like"Beware the monster" of something like that and there was sounds of some kind of beast. I was so scared that i never get close to that door for the rest of the game. Years later i played again and find a way to unlock that door just to find an small cat and a lot of chocolate frogs (if i remember right) 😅.

The ending that has traumatized me the most is *that one* bad ending with Trip & Virus from Dramatical murder... I swear, I only watched a small portion of it (big mistake) and at random times I find myself hunted by the voice acting...

For the Gerald execution one don't forget how the game just shows the room he was shot in earlier in the game. It was the same cell that Sonic was freed from by Amy who even saw and commented on the writing on the wall. You'd think something like that would've been cleaned up but the prison just left it that way.

I had the weirdest beginning experience with the Danganronpa series as the first game I started with was Despair Girls (😫)…but that one ending in the first Danganronpa still had me speechless.

This reminds me. I was working at a walmart during graveyard shifts and like twice a week i took photography classes at the local community college. The final project was making a photography book and i chose a liminal style where i took pictures of the inside of the walmart during lunches and it was empty.

I always thought it was so far past fvcked up what they did to Bowser during that 'tug o war' mini game, they literally took Bowser and stuffed one of their friends inside him to wear the poor bastard as a fvckin suit, i understand he's done some awful things to the mushroom kingdom but that's just dark, no wonder he hates Mario and his friends so much.

Had to skip the Ultimate Alliance one because it just hurts that we almost got Iron Man and Samus on the same screen but someone screwed up and now it will never happen.
